For me, it started when they would not define porn so that they could make it legal and claim that morality cannot be legislated. Really? How odd. Because they had no qualms about adjudicating it.
Strictly speaking pornography is not illegal it is immoral. Only a perverse nation would separate morality from the law. Morality sponsors equity legality does not.
Our legal system is immoral, and crooked. Therein lies the problem because the country is immoral and crooked as well. I also maintain that the legal system is responsible for the condition of this nation.
