Points out the obvious….these morons need guard rails and consequences. Use money for what it’s NOT intended…..suffer severe consequences. Need to SHUTTER these orgs until a mode of true transparency and independent auditing can be established. Don’t pass an audit….fire keadership AND sue for restitution. Guess how quick compliance will be established……
