CEO Ed Bastian should have been fired by DELTA’s shareholders a long time ago… like right about the time he imposed mandatory COVID shots on all Delta pilots and those of the regional carriers contracted to Delta.

Okay. Whew. That’s some TicTok advert right there. And that’s what’s wrong with the whole DEI program. Instead of ‘presenting’ as mature, professional pilots (and aircrew), they instead present as immature girls who won the right – only via DEI – to wear ‘big boy’ pilot pants. The whole attitude is creepy.
The whole idea of DEI isn’t NEW; it isn’t NEEDED, it’s not NECESSARY. It’s an unnecessary repeat – a re-labeling of laws already in existence; and IT is presented as something desperately needed.
