I don’t know why nobody is listening to me on this, but I’ll say it again LOUDER:
Impeachment is too high a bar, you NEED 67 Senators, and you don’t HAVE 67 Senators.
But federal judges can also be removed from the bench for failing to “serve during good Behavior,” an Article Ill Section 1 condition of
employment under the Constitution.
Most of these activists judges are violating their own Judicial Branch Code of Conduct for United States.
Judges in various ways, and are therefore violating the Constitution’s “serve during good Behavior” clause, and can be fired for cause.
That’s a SIMPLE MAJORITY in the House and Senate–and you DO have THAT.
