STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE means the PRESIDENT CAN REFUSE to present EVIDENCE if its SECRECY is vital to NATIONAL SECURITY.

“Military & State Secrets Privilege permits the govnt to block the release of any information in a lawsuit that would harm National Security.”

“Supreme Court accommodates the need for Executive & Military Secrecy with privileges to protect certain information from discovery. The evidence can be withheld & cases dismissed.”

“DOD [HEGSETH] must have clear, verified reason to believe the Republic is at risk & execute the Duty to Protect POTUS & Constitution. An Executive Order is invoked that enables POTUS to mobilize DNI [TULSI] to create a War Council.”

President @realDonaldTrump is UNBEATABLE in court bc the MILITARY & STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE gives him FULL IMMUNITY. ⚖️

And while I’m no fan of #JusticeRoberts, I DO think the timing, & his decision to publicly address @realDonaldTrump in such a LOUD & pointed way, is a little TOO perfect to be “just a coincidence”.

Bc in doing so, Roberts basically just created a megaphone — one that made sure every single American heard very LOUDLY & very CLEARLY that a lower court judge, Boasberg, asked Trump to bring gang members & terrorists (here illegally) back into the country…….almost like Roberts intentionally stirred up the shit storm of distrust & anger (that he knew was already brewing). 🤔

Almost feels like Justice Roberts is HELPING put the nails in the coffin of these rogue lower courts & radical judges!?? Not necessarily bc he WANTS to, but bc he HAS to……bc Trump played the TRUMP CARD.

Bc there’s a very intentional narrative being driven……by OUR side. Don’t believe me? Just take a look at these X posts! Can you see it???

And do you know who seeded that narrative? Justice John Roberts.

One thing that is true is that Trump has not yet even begun to fully exercise his power or play the cards that he has regarding election fraud, other crimes, and ongoing attacks and acts of war against the US. For example, the Alien Enemies Act was only used against TTA, not other orgs…… yet.

Being an election nerd, I will mention that this thread is starting to get into new territory, starting at post 77, all the previous stuff is a very good review of events we already knew about. However, 77 and after is NEW, it will figure into discussions like this, and I post it here for everyone’s information:

A friend sent me this clip of Trump mentioning the TRUMP CARD…..

#TrumpCard refers to:
“A powerful advantage or tactic that can be used to secure victory or achieve a desired outcome. It is a key element in strategic planning & can be the ultimate game-changer when wisely utilized.”

I think President @realDonaldTrump has been saving his TRUMP CARD for #SCOTUS ♟️

He’s forcing their hand in the most public way possible. Knowing that, in doing so, they must now take action, as the Supreme Court, to rein in the district courts who have stepped out of their Constitutional lane & led us to the brink of a Constitutional Crisis.

Using a Trump Card is all about timing — & the almost TOO perfect timing of all this makes me think Justice Roberts might be “in” on Trump’s plan. 👀
