This was supposed to be the “evidence” that Trump was compromised because Putin had dirt on him. It was supposed to be the reason that Russia helped Trump defeat Hillary.
Without the dossier, there are no FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign in order to cover up the illegal spying by the Obama administration. Without the dossier, there is no Mueller investigation.
The enemy’s entire plan was relying on the veracity of the “Steele dossier”.
