Hello and welcome to Chapter 4 of Q For Dummies: Redux. In this chapter we will be covering drops 23-30, which will build upon the importance of military intelligence, and will also go to highlight a little bit more of the control being exerted.

Drop 23 – Nov 1, 2017

This drop begins by telling us that Military Intelligence has the same SAP’s as the NSA, CIA etc.

So, what is an SAP?

Let’s dive in.

SAP = Special Access Program.

As you can see, an SAP is a program designed to, well, keep secrets secret. Predominantly utilized by the NSA, CIA, FBI and others, Q is telling us the Military Intelligence operates under the same exact kind of SAP’s – meaning, investigations can be carried out against deep state actors without them knowing about it because the process can be hidden behind various SAP’s employed by Military Intelligence.

(I find it interesting that an example given by Grok was the F-117.)

Also of note: These programs are managed by the Department Of Defense and the Department Of Energy. The DOE being noteworthy because, of course, the DOE is where Q-Clearance comes from.

“Who can be held hostage and controlled” – The answer? Anyone who is blackmailed. A fair bit of this blackmail comes through various SAP’s which are then used to illegally spy on people in order to obtain information with which they can be held hostage.

Q then tells us that the Clowns In America believed their offshore holdings and dealings would be enough to protect them. Except they didn’t take into account the fact that “she” would not win in 2016, and that we’d get a President who was keenly aware of the Constitution and the provisions set within it.

Especially the provisions granting the President complete and total authority over our Military in times of war, invasion, or infiltration. The Constitution grants the President this authority SPECIFICALLY to fight back against infiltration or outright invasion.

Over the years, the deep state utilized red tape and blackmail to control the Oval Office. Q is telling us from the get go that those strings have been cut. That [they] no longer have access to the President.

Who was the only person Trump didn’t replace?

This guy:

Admiral Rogers was the 17th Director of the NSA. He is highly decorated, and has garnered many awards post retirement for his ethics and leadership. He is also the one who met with President Trump (without Obama’s knowledge) to give Trump the heads up that he was being spied on.

Admiral Rogers is a patriot. Second to no one in this movement. It is my personal opinion that he, along with General Flynn, are way more involved with Q and the drops than we will ever know.

Drop 24 – Nov 1, 2017

This drop makes it very, VERY clear. What does it make clear? That full control was being implemented early on. Q is flat out telling us here that those not seeking re-election were forced to step aside. Q also tells us that not all of these people will be going to prison, which seems to imply that some were given deals as witnesses against the deep state.

Bottom line: Many bad actors were being forced out at this time, and Q made it obvious. It is my belief (as well as others) that the actions described in the drops were happening in real time – it is only just now that we are beginning to see the exposure/roll out of these actions.

(I will spare including a list of those not seeking re-election, as Q will provide a comprehensive list later on in the drops.)

Drop 25 – Nov 1st, 2017

In drop 25, we see Q giving us a follow up to the previous drop. He touches upon Nancy Pelosi and No Name. In the case of McCain, Q is giving us a heads up to the most insane Q-Proof of all time, which would happen less than a year after this drop was made – but more on that when we get there. (Hint: No Name didn’t die because of cancer.)

We are then told that “Proof to begin 11.3”. So, what is 11.3? Well, to be frank – I don’t know. None of us do. Plenty of us have made a million different guesses, but I honestly don’t believe we have seen the 11.3 marker yet. The best guess I’ve seen, which Q seemed to confirm, is that these are dates that indictments were sealed. Meaning, when the indictment that was made on 11.3 that Q is referring to is unsealed – we will then begin to see an absolute flood of public proofs.

And that will bring us around the drop 26…

Drop 26 – Nov 1st, 2017

Drop 26 is arguably one of the most famous of the drops. It is both vague, and very direct.

“The only way is the military. Fully controlled”.

So, what does this mean? Well, my first take is that it clearly involves Military Intelligence, and the intel which was/is being used to expose and take down the cabal.

But, what about a visible aspect to this? Does this mean we will literally see the military rolled out to take down the deep state?

Well, I hate to break it to the doom slingers, but we are beginning to see that very thing right now.

Just last week it was revealed that that National Guard will be deploying 1700 troops across 19 states in an effort to quell violence and aid ICE in deportations:

President Trump has also taken aim at Baltimore:

And he has also mentioned Chicago:

The stage is being set. The public conscience is being prepped to seeing the National Guard in the streets across multiple cities at the same time. I said it before, and I will say it again: The military will absolutely be involved in the “crescendo” in a very public way. You can screencap that.

Drop 27 – Nov 1st, 2017

This drop is short, but packed.

Here we can see Q flat out telling us that not everything can be revealed. I realize this is much to the chagrin of many, and while I understand why that upsets people – I also hold the belief that more people need to read The Art Of War and 5GW in order to understand why it has to be that way.

Quite frankly, everything had become so infiltrated, so corrupt, and so evil that the unveiling of all of it writ-large would cause an inevitable collapse of society. One that would not easily be overcome, if ever.

This video made the rounds about a month ago, and was shared by none other than Boone Cutler. Lest we forget, he wrote 5GW, and he is General Flynn’s right hand man. I believe it is safe to assume he is telling us something by sharing this video:

We are literally told at the end of this drop that the good guys wants as much transparency as anyone – but they will not sacrifice our future, or society as a whole in order to satiate our need to “know every little detail”.

It is, in essence, 5GW at its deepest depth. Do you honestly think they don’t want to tell us? Of course they do, but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. This is, afterall, a military operation. Emotions must be left at the door.

Drop 28 – Nov 1, 2017

Here we see Q replying to an Anon, one which had done a fantastic breakdown in answering Q’s prior question of “What must be completed to engage MI over other (3) letter agencies”. The Anon breaks down past instances of Presidents using the military to quell and suppress unrest and dissent. The Anon even points out that the military was used to INFILTRATE some of these organizations in order to bring them down from the inside. Anon then shares a link to a piece from LSU which describes, in detail, how Military Intelligence can be utilized on home soil.

It is important to note that Louisiana is the ONLY state which practices Civil Law over Common Law, and that LSU is the ONLY University in the country whose law school teaches BOTH Civil, and Common Law. What does this mean? It’s means that none of the loopholes the deep state utilized in Common Law states are applicable in Louisiana. It means that none of the pardons Biden signed are applicable in Louisiana. It means that there is a high likelihood that a lot of these cases are stemming from Louisiana.

Speaker Johnson, Clay Higgins, Senator John Kennedy – they are all from Louisiana, and all got their law degrees from LSU. File that away for later …

In the end of his post, this Anon posits that the white hats had infiltrated Antifa, and were in the process of mapping them. This means everything they did was being tracked. Every movement, every plan, every message.

So look back to this, and then ask yourself: “Where was Antifa after Roe vs Wade fell? Where was Antifa when Trump won in 2024? Where was Antifa on inauguration day? Where was Antifa on No Kings Day?”. They have seemingly all but vanished. At some point, you have to ask why that is.

Q replies to this Anon by appearing to confirm his take in saying “Well done. Picture being painted”. This is absolutely Q telling this Anon that they were right over the target with their theory/research.

Drop 29 – Nov 1, 2017

Here we see Q again reinforcing the notion that some things will remain classified to the very end.

Such as North Korea being nothing more than a puppet state ran by the CIA and other bad actors. Why did they do this? So they could always have North Korea in their back-pocket as an option to kick off a world war through usage of nukes.

Q has already hinted towards the fact that at this time, President Trump and Kim had ALREADY MET. It becomes clearer in future drops that the puppet strings controlling North Korea had been severed and that Kim was no longer a hostage, but like I said – more on that later down the road.

Q then tells us that the pedo networks were being dismantled, and that the rituals/sacrifices had been paused in areas but not stopped completely. Look at the date on the post: 11-1-2017. Who all ended up getting arrested AFTER this drop was made? Weinstein, Epstein, Maxwell, Nygaard, Brunel, Diddy … Folks, that is NOT a coincidence.

Q ends this drop by mentioning the fact that the team prays every day for God’s guidance in fighting this evil. It isn’t lost on me that Q invoked God while discussing the darkest and ugliest topic in this movement: Child trafficking.

Afterall, we are in a spiritual war. We fight not against flesh, but against rulers and principalities.

Drop 30 – Nov 1st, 2017

Remember Q telling us about the extensive White House renovations a few drops back? Yeah, like I said: They weren’t just to make the place prettier. The renovations were to remove bugs, and potential weapons. Q seems to make that point pretty clear right here.

Q then tells us that we can’t possibly imagine the steps that the deep state took in an attempt to keep Trump out of office. However, at this point, with all the truth coming out about Russiagate – it is becoming pretty clear how far they went, or were willing to go.

Q then asks us when Donald Trump Jr. dropped his USSS details. The answer is September of 2017 – a month before Q even appeared on the scene.

Do we really think he dropped his detail because of privacy? Or did he drop his detail because they were dirty and quite possibly could have facilitated the President’s son being taken out? Q seems to infer after the fact that the latter option is closer to the truth.

Q then tells us that certain keywords and phrases are framed, or pre-screened if you will. This is done in an effort to get around “sniffer programs”, or computer programs the deep state uses to log and track messages worldwide. Q tells us that the program which [they] use is essentially “xkeysc on steroids”.

So, what is XKEYSC?

In short, XKEYSC is a program that allowed the deep state to literally find any data they wanted on any individual at any time.

My belief is that Q is more pointing us towards the existence of these programs as opposed to telling us that white hats “are working around it”. No they weren’t. If they had to do that, then the Q drops never would have happened in the first place. And within that is yet another clue pointing towards full control – or, at least, a LOT more control than many people realize or are willing to admit.
