OH! You’re right about being happy with this post, Joe! I have ‘Throw Them All Out’ and Peter’s observation of Sessions’ honesty always stuck with me. I noted it when he was the Alabama AG here prior to him running for Congress. It’s one of the main reasons (and his inexplicable absence in the public eye) that I have believed he has been active in investigating or conducting grand juries all this time. The revelation that his recusal was later reversed escaped me entirely, and likely most of us, even while watching!
I keep telling my husband that part of the delay in justice IS exactly because the DOJ, FBI and more importantly, the Supremes, aren’t totally in patriot control (in accordance with our Constitution). The evidence seems to show DOJ and FBI, have made great strides, but the Court must be ‘fixed’ prior to the arrests. It’s bet anything Justice Thomas is one of the 2 briefed justices. I still remember what he went through to get on the court as I watched his hearings. Same playbook used for Kavanaugh and Gorsuch decades later.

I agree with you that Thomas is definitely included in those top two “in the know” justices but the other is Roberts.
I almost included that info in this article but figured it would trigger a lot of people.
Roberts is in the know because he is in charge of the FISA court and the FISA court is also playing a key role.
I think Gorsuch was “read in” to what was happening from the beginning of his confirmation and I think Kavanaugh AND Barrett are also both on board because they were confirmed AFTER Sessions sent this classified letter to the Supreme Court.
If you watch the conservative majority at the Supreme Court, when it comes to decisions that are connected to preserving the Constitution and protecting it from the insurgency, they are in lock step.

Joe, I took an hour to read through this slowly, and as you recounted all the events I recalled them all, and loved how you tied each to the appropriate drops.
I’m also glad to be reassured about Barr again, considering what came out recently involving him.
Yes, of the two justices, my first thought was Clarence Thomas who I greatly admire. Then I thought Kavanaugh, because of the Lindsey Graham questioning in his confirmation hearing. But I can understand if it is Roberts, he is the Chief Justice, and may be “leveraged” also as was Rosenstein.
Looking back on all this I have to say “future proves past”, and “the patriots are in control”. Thanks for your superb work Joe.

Thank you my friend. Great comments. I think it’s a good possibility that Roberts is leveraged. Trump is going to leverage whoever he needs to in order to win this war.
And Barr is a patriot. That recent story about him from Project Veritas was a total lie. That whistleblower has been proven to be a liar on many occasions in trying to frame people. She has no credibility.
It is possible that Roberts was leveraged too. So that might fit with your being on the fence with him. Let’s see where he falls on the coming big decisions.
I don’t think we know half of the stuff that Sessions was heavily involved with.
I think he’s still active in the behind scenes investigations and coming prosecutions too.
He deserves recognition and a statue in memory of his sacrifices.
I think that’s coming too.
