Trump is batting 1,000 on 5 immigration cases at SCOTUS (80% overall).
The 96 “violations” on 74 cases libs are citing are from a) detainees that ignored the magnanimous self deport option and b) MN’s corrupt Democrat AG. The bulk of these alleged violations are lower court bond and release orders ICE did not comply with.
The real look at the 74 cases will be post appeal/case finality.
OBVIOUSLY democrats are doing everything they can to obstruct immigration enforcement in America today, and that includes very public efforts by leftist judges, one that was recently sentenced for violating federal law and another who was living with the cartel, to stop lawful enforcement of federal immigration policy.
Federal immigration statutes give DHS/ICE very broad detention authority, and SCOTUS has repeatedly affirmed this.
Clinton signed the Immigration Reform bill in 96 used by every president since that allows DHS to remove certain non-citizens without a hearing before an immigration judge.
“Certain citizens” applies to 1. arriving aliens, and 2. recent illegal/unlawful/undocumented entrants into the US. That includes the 15M-20M unvetted immigrants that invaded our borders through the lib vote for Biden/Harris.
So, again, the 100% Trump success rate on 5 immigration cases at SCOTUS allows me not to be concerned about this admin’s understanding and management of immigration law.
Might there be a case here and there with actual merit, sure. And I hope it gets ironed out correctly for the individual. Statistically though, there does not exist a perfect admin.
So, 74 lower court “violation” orders on 605k deportations to date is exactly .012% and a 99.98% compliance rate is a pretty great record by any measure.
My liberal friends are upset Trump admin received 1 Warning Order from a lower court judge for “non compliance” out of 600+ present legal actions against them, but I see nothing about the Clintons telling Congress to fuck off for 179 consecutive days. Nevermind Trump admin is enjoying an 80% success rate at SCOTUS (100% on immigration) via an unusually high amount of challenges.
The Clinton Crime Family was subpoenaed over 4 (now six) months ago (Aug 5, 2025) in the Oversight Committee’s Epstein investigation. They have blatantly refused to comply or appear for scheduled depositions. The body of evidence of Clinton involvement with Epstein, ID’d by witnesses and photographed with victims while a presidential family is staggering.
Remember Democrats arrested and prosecuted MAGA Republicans Bannon and Navarro for defying Congressional subpoena last term? Bannon was arrested by Congress 53 days from subpoena and Navarro in 114 days. Prior to that, Republican, Rita Lavelle in 1983, was the last person to be prosecuted for defying Congress, and again it was a Democrat controlled House.
One hundred % of Congressional contempt prosecutions since Woodrow Wilson have been Democrats prosecuting Republicans. Not one Democrat who defied Congressional subpoena has been prosecuted.
“NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW,” yet I can’t find one post on their walls decrying the brazen constitutional defiance we are watching unfold regarding a presidential family’s evidenced involvement in the most prolific and sophisticated global elite child trafficking operation we have ever busted. All while HRC makes celebrated public apperances to attack MAGA.
Remember when Democrats also illegally raided (now proven) and then arrested a president for the first time ever on trumped up partisan charges?
And this is a perfect example of the propagandized hypocrisy and partisan weaponization that is the left.

Achieving bipartisan support in conference, the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act was signed into law by President Clinton on September 30, 1996.
Among its major provisions, it created the expedited removal process you’re seeing today.
Obama (“Deporter in Chief”) also used expedited removal extensively under this Act.
This allows noncitizens (primarily those without valid documents or who’ve entered without vetting and/or who can’t prove two years of continuous U.S. presence) to be deported rapidly by an immigration officer without a hearing before an immigration judge in standard removal proceedings.
Expedited removal involves limited screening but for those who don’t qualify for exceptions or relief, deportation can LAWFULLY occur without full judicial review or a court hearing.
That said, 99% of removals under Trump are criminals, and/or have been issued deportation papers by a judge, or whose status has expired.
Unlike Obama, Trump created an app for illegals and provided cash offers to them to leave willingly while also securing a shot to come back legally. Those that stay were made fully aware ahead of time that they would be aggressively deported and never allowed to come back.
So the criminal illegals who are wanted in their own countries and those stealing trillions through Democrat welfare programs decided to roll the dice.
Again, a Democratic president signed this enforcement-focused law introducing expedited non-judicial removal authority.
Moreover, the Supreme Court has historically and continiously affirmed broad federal authority over immigration enforcement, including deportation (now termed “removal”), through the plenary power doctrine. This recognizes Congress and the Executive’s near-absolute control over immigration, with limited judicial interference.
When local and state leaders fail to enforce federal laws that protect the lives of Americans and our national security, it is the job of the federal gov’t to enforce and protect the will of the people.
America’s pop vote voted for the largest deportation operation in US history and we’re getting it.
Democrat’s persistent lawlessness, anti American insolence, and reckless abandon for long-standing US immigration case law established through due process is the sole reason why the Insurrection Act is coming.
