So yeah. I’m going to pass on ‘new to me’ guy. I’ll take a pass. I don’t need yet another person who’s the only ‘right’ one. They’re all like that.
I like Matt Morse and watch his podcasts also.
This post about podcasters, sparked an old curiosity of mine. As, I do believe among some of the first one’s paving the way for today’s casters may of paid higher prices, for their pioneering of truth.
During the peak of the 2020–2021 pandemic period, there were 3 podcasters I frequented. Charlie Ward, Simon Parkes and Robert David Steele. Their Truther podcasts and “intel” updates, were vital for me. Often discussing themes like QAnon,secret global agendas. discussing topics like election integrity and the “deep state.” Among some of my favorite topics to explore.
Simon Parkes cracked me up with his messy room of books, papers and feline cohosts. His cats often crawling all over his stuff, made me Laugh, and I enjoyed his unconventional “This is me, take me or leave me style.”
But, the one who has had me most intrigued about a true who done it and why murder conspiracy all these years is, Robert David Steele.
Mid 2021 He literally “packed up his stuff” on camera over a few weeks , for a 3 month long multi-state high-profile on the road bus tour intended to span three months, holding rallies across the United States. It was called the “Arise USA: The Resurrection Tour”, holding rallies across the United States. Shortly after the tour began, Steele fell ill. He was hospitalized in Florida and died in August 2021. His death became a major flashpoint in the community, as he had been a vocal skeptic of COVID-19 and the vaccines, leading to widespread speculation and conspiracy theories among his followers regarding his sudden death. Steele was recovering in a FL hospital until they administered Remdesivir, which caused kidney failure and pulmonary edema. Allegedly the family was “shamed” into putting Steele on a ventilator, which is viewed as a “death trap”.
Targeting of Florida: Some followers claimed the death was orchestrated to discredit Florida’s pandemic response or to silence Steele’s “intel” regarding election audits and the deep state. And, he was targeted for his political activism
It was never further investigated, and eventually mostly forgoteen. But, I never forgot and hoped I might hear more about it over the last few years, but haven’t.
I wonder if any one knows more about this mystery? But, realize things have moved so fast since covid and so much more to investigate and give us cause to pause. I do, appreciate the pioneers and their sacrifices though. I very much appreciate the work and time this group, Andrea and Robert who dedicate so very much to keep us all updated and informed.
He was a former CIA case officer, co-founder of the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, and later a prominent podcaster, author, and conspiracy theorist. Steele gained visibility through appearances on shows like Alex Jones’ Infowars, where he discussed topics including intelligence reform, government corruption, election fraud claims (especially after 2020), QAnon-related ideas, and various alternative theories (such as allegations about NASA and child trafficking). He organized the “Arise USA” tour in 2021, which promoted audits of the 2020 election and criticized COVID-19 measures, lockdowns, masks, and vaccines—he publicly called the pandemic a “hoax” and refused vaccination.
In the summer of 2021, shortly after events tied to that tour (including a rally in Belfast, Maine), he contracted COVID-19. He was hospitalized in Florida in early-to-mid August with respiratory issues and died on August 29, 2021. His friend and fellow conspiracy theorist Mark Tassi confirmed the death, noting that Steele’s condition worsened after hospital treatment; some associates alleged hospital protocols (like Remdesivir or ventilation) contributed, and Steele had reportedly expressed skepticism about his diagnosis or standard care even while ill.
His death received coverage in mainstream outlets, often framing him primarily as a far-right conspiracy promoter, while his supporters remembered him for his intelligence background, open-source advocacy, and critiques of deep-state institutions. No major new developments or revivals of his work have emerged since 2021; his online presence (websites, podcasts, social media) largely went dormant after his passing. Some of his older interviews and talks continue to circulate in alternative media circles.
