Were you aware that House & Senate members are immune from arrest for crimes, as long as they are “in session”? Are you aware they are never “out of session” because they rigged it that way? (see Pro-forma sessions).

This seems to be a reference to Article II, Section 3, which gives a president in “extraordinary occasions” to convene or adjourn the Houses. This power has never been used and should not be used now . . .”
To which Larry Schweikert replied “If Congress won’t go to work, they have no legitimacy.”
President Trump ended the press briefing in the Rose Garden because it was cold outside but he said “Big day tomorrow. Big day,” as he left, leaving everyone to wonder what he meant.
Pro forma sessions can also be used to prevent the President from making recess appointments, pocket-vetoing bills, or calling the Congress into special session.
I listened to the presser a second time. Something is definitely in the works. I won’t second guess, but Businessman Trump is in charge and moving the chess pieces so fast, the msm can’t follow.
