Their employer-provided health insurance might also refuse to cover the cost of medical treatment, leaving the employer as the only party with liability available to be sued. Corporate law firms are NOT making their clients aware of this fact because they’ve sold out to Big Pharma too and not looking out for the best interests of the companies they represent.
