Great advice. We have been taking these supplements for years plus a few others. We also take Chlorella to rid the body of toxins and build up our immunity. Our friends in SKorea and Japan swear by it.
Even if you live in a sunny area does not mean you have plenty of D vitamin. Almost every senior in nursing homes have close to zero in their systems. Imagine the possible lives saved if such a cheap protocol had been followed.
