Durham just fired a shot right across the bow of Hillary Clinton. It’s not exactly a secret who was getting all this illegally obtained Trump Oval Office info passed up to her. She was paying for it all.

Let me spell it out for you. Hillary ain’t gonna make it to 2024. She’s about to have a whole host of legal problems that are going to make a presidential run impossible.

I think it’s pretty clear at this point given what Durham says in this last filing that we’re going to see an indictment of Joffe. I don’t think even if he flipped and  is cooperating fully he can get complete immunity for this kind of direct national security breach.

Note Joffe and Co. weren’t just spying on Trump when he was in the EOP [Executive Office of the President]. They were also electronically spying on and intercepting his electronic communications at his Central Park West apartment building and when he was at Trump Tower. Another “conspiracy theory” is found to be true. Trump said Trump Tower was ‘bugged’ and his ‘lines were tapped’ and he was right.

The butt pucker factor of some people is off the charts today on hearing this news of where Durham is headed based on this latest filing.

Note the language of the statute. It’s not just the person that takes the classified information illegally and gives it to another person that is in serious legal trouble.

The Michael Cohen in Prague hoax story always stood out the moment Buzzfeed published the dossier because it was the very first allegation that was debunked beginning in January 2017. But how many *other* allegations in Steele’s dossier will turn out to have been based on less obvious cases of Joffe and company feeding Fusion GPS illegally mined data about Cohen, Page, Flynn, Manafort and others?

Pretty sure if you were using a private contractor to spy on the President of the United States in order to get illegally obtained classified information that you could then use to keep your fake Trump/Russia hoax going strong during the Trump presidency, you were doing something “to the detriment of the United States”.  Babbling “This was DONALD TRUMP so it was OK!” will not work in federal court.

Look at how point 5 is worded. Durham is saying he has the evidence to prove every single assertion made in this paragraph.  He’s not guessing. He’s not speculating.
