See a lot of people asking questions about TruthSocial. Will do my best to cover some of the topics asked.
– There is a DM option (that’s coming soon). We will have direct messaging again which will be nice.
– To get verified there is a self verify system being released (supposedly next week), have not confirmed that myself but that’s what I was told by 3 different people when I asked Devin Nunes on TS and got replies.
– As of now no GIF function
– You can post videos up to 2 mins long
– Load times are running extremely well for a brand new site, should have patches being installed throughout the week for errors.
– There are people claiming censorship on TS, you’ve got to remember you still can’t go and say outrageous things. There is a censor message that will pop up on messages and videos if flagged and warn that it could be “sensitive content”.
– Option menu is very easy and simple, gives you the choices to change email, phone #, 2 factor ID, load videos auto, block & mute people.
– They are supposed to be adding new features as this is still considered the BETA stage.
– Trump has yet to post a “Truth” again since it has launched. His following has grown about 22,000 since launch showing they’re handling it very delicately.
– There is no edit button for posts, once it’s been posted you cannot correct anything.
– Personal opinion: it’s identical to Twitter and perfect for information sharing. I believe digital soldiers will thrive using the app and it will be very likable for new comers who want solid information.

I have a Trak Fone but when I was being tortured (getting radiation treatments for cancer) I never used it. Hell, I had a difficult enough time swallowing an ounce of water. So my one-year subscript expired, and unlike the previous 12 years they never sent a reminder for me to renew (I paid for it annually which was the most cost efficient). I had over 4,000 minutes (and a fairly recently purchased ‘reconditioned’ Samsung S7 ‘smart phone’) that disappeared and they gave my number out to another sucker. When I called customer service guess where on the planet my customer service call went. It goes on …
Soooo … the point is I somewhat understand the technology of 5G, and it’s NOT GOOD. I refuse to use the carriers that presently rule and I wouldn’t accept an Apple product if it was given to me with free service. I’ll die first.
It would be great if more people were aware, but not my monkeys, not my circus. If I can learn about how dangerous the technology is, anyone can.
I look forward to getting on Truth Social but I’ll be late to the party. That’s okay, I’ll survive just fine.

I am right there with you about the hazy view of absolute need to be on TS right away or….down the line. I receive the Best and Most Relevant, Upt to Date news right here on The Radio Patriot, thanks to the amazing Andrea, who never sleeps. I had to Pause, when I read that Apple has donated $100,000,000 to BLM. hmmmmm, not so exciting. It’s a wait and see. Conflict of interest?
I cannot get in. I get my email confirmation and got password done. But cannot get past username. There’s @ in the way and it messes up my username. I’ve tried too many times to count. I gave up.

Ok, time for a level-check.
It’s all about perspective, folks – as is ALWAYS the case.
Consider this:
✅ Twitter started with 140 users
✅ Facebook started when 1,200-1,500 students signed up for the site within its first 24 hrs
Historically, social media platforms have evolved along with their relative popularity (or lack thereof). When this type of organic growth is encountered it’s much easier for the tech to mature alongside the ⬆️ in the user base. Just consider how much those 2 platforms have evolved/changed over time. That didn’t happen overnight.
Truth Social is a different beast entirely.
We are witnessing the first time a social media platform has launched with this level of anticipation. 10’s of millions of people worldwide are at the front-gate trying desperately to get in. And because of measures being taken to verify people + YUGE demand, we see the entirely predictable traffic-jam occurring.
Give ’em a break.
Everything will work itself out.
