With all of the sobering and even tragic headlines these days, I need a good laugh once in a while. One place where I can always get a good chuckle AND read a few headlines is the Babylon Bee.

If you’re unfamiliar, The Babylon Bee is a Christian satirical news site that pokes fun at, well, virtually everything. It’s irreverent, smart, and often incredibly insightful too.

A sampling of a few of my recent favorites:

“George Orwell Kicking Himself for Not Thinking of ‘Disinformation Governance Board;’”

“Sixth Love Language Revealed to be Tacos;” and

“During Powerful Worship Song, Man Moved to Take Hand Slightly Out of Pockets.”

Recently, The Babylon Bee Editor-in-Chief Kyle Mann sat down with a Hillsdale College student to discuss the power of comedy and the dangers of a society becoming too scared to laugh.

You can watch the full interview here:

In other news, The Babylon Bee has had recent run-ins with big tech platforms that don’t seem to have a good sense of humor. In fact, Twitter locked the accounts of The Babylon Bee, Kyle Mann, and Adam Ford, CEO of The Babylon Bee’s other site called “Not the Bee.”

Mrs. Shea King, watch the interview if you have a moment. You’ll get a good laugh and some insightful commentary.

Thank you again for your support, and enjoy the rest of your day!
