Here are a few good rules of thumb:

Anyone Trump gives a nickname to, has been cast in his WWE-like promotion. 

Anyone Trump calls a friend, deserves extra scrutiny.

Anyone Trump calls a foe, is possibly a friend. 

Not everything is kayfabe, but some things are.
