Credit Suisse is on suicide watch. It’s broke and desperately needs to raise capital.
If it goes belly up then it will take Deutsche bank with it then contagion panic sweeps Europe and begins the global debt system collapse.
They desperately need cash injections and some form of bailout.
Story 3
The price of silver spiked up this morning.
This is a huge deal.
JPM Chase is the biggest holder of silver and has been the one that has helped controll the metals prices to prop up the dollar.
Suddenly the price jumped up.
But why?
My opinion is JPM needs to raise capital in order to help bail out Credit Suisse because all these corrupt banks are broke and if one big one goes down they all do.
So they pushed the price of silver way up in pre market when volume is low so they can sell into the rally to raise capital.
Why do I think that?
Look at the chart.
It “gapped” way up at the open.
Stocks always fill the gaps which tells me this rally is short lived and probably won’t make it through the end of the week.
It will go back down and fill that gap down at 17.77 fairly soon.
But this is a good sign. The global debt system is panicked and on the brink.
Market gap up this morning is short lived too.

I think a lot of people are looking at the Moore vs Harper case wrong.
The SC is doing big things lately.
Is this just a case of drawing the line of powers between state legislatures and the state courts?
Or is there another possibility?
The ending forever of Gerrymandering by state legislatures to protect themselves in future elections?

None of that changes any of my views on state legislatures.

Doesn’t sound like state legislatures have plenary power as some people here describe.
Sounds like state legislatures have to follow federal law.

The state gets to choose the electors “who represent the Presidents/Vice President being voted for.
There are two slates.
One for Trump and one for Biden.
The state legislatures only get to choose the people who are electors.
The people vote for which slate of electors wins the election and represents them.
Simple question
Did the state legislatures certify the electors the people voted for or did they break the law and constitution by certifying the wrong ones?
We all know the answer.
As I’ve said all along.
State legislatures don’t have plenary power to cheat the people out of their right to vote.
I’ve never argued against what SOS’s, governors or liberal judges did to usurp the state legislatures power.
We have always been in agreement on that being unconventional.
What I’m talking about specifically is state legislatures certifying an illegal election of the people that was full of fraud and instead of investigating it, certifying it anyway.
Certifying something is a legal term. You sign your name saying those vote counts are true and accurate.
Were they?
Does anybody think they were?
The state legislatures were shown evidence of fraud and certified anyway.
They broke the law.
They broke the constitution in my opinion.
A court will remedy it.
As you know we disagree and always will.

Except the electors themselves are unconstitutional because they are the wrong slate of electors and as you said, the SC rules on whether things are constitutional or not.
