Will it go tonight?

Nope… tonight’s launch has been cancelled and they’ll try again tomorrow night, same time. Scheduled to lift off Pad 39A at 8:26pm from Kennedy Space Center, we’ve been watching and waiting, but an ABORT was called at :59 seconds before launch.

The rocket is carrying three Viasat satellites that will make up a constellation of communication sats network all over the world. Via sat 3 will be a high capacity satellite and the first to be all electric, using huge solar panels to generate power once on orbit.
