Sorry to be the devil’s advocate here, but have you looked at Dr. Martin’s website? Does this look like a currently practicing MD? He’s apparently got a business as some kind of new-agey motivational speaker. If he is not also practicing medicine, why not? Is his license active?
Why does this matter? Because the opposing attorney and the lefty press can use this to easily make him look like a kook.
Martin’s whole schtick is that you can change the world like a spinning top by “getting in the middle and making it wobble”. It’s nice for him that he has the disposable income to do this attempt at “wobbling”. Whether he is anywhere near the middle is another question, because anyone can file a lawsuit. He also says in one of his videos that animals *choose* to camouflage themselves in order to harmonize with their environment, and not evolved to do that because of predators and now they just grow that way.
