Mike Benz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, says the recent New York Times article about CIA bases in Ukraine “is the same sort of dirty tricks, media relations tactics that the CIA does to manipulate foreign parliaments.” Benz says the CIA is using the New York Times to manipulate Congress into supporting additional funding to Ukraine.

When I was younger in my 40s back in the nineties, I was in the military (USAF). During Clinton’s administration I naively thought ‘national objectives’ wouldn’t be hurt much by Clinton. I mean I thought US national objectives were pure and good.
Made a career in the military, 27 years total, did my job supporting the mission.
I had no idea.
Now that I’m pushing 70, and understand US objectives better, it angers me that they dare CALL their goals and games, ‘national objectives’.
I want no part of it.
