NEWđ„: Chairmen of three House committeesâAdministration, Judiciary, and Oversight and Government Reformâemailed Aaron Ting, ActBlueâs former associate general counsel for product and privacy, requesting a transcribed interview. They stated he âmay possess information vital to our oversightâ in their probe of the Democrat-favored online donation platform.
The investigation examines whether ActBlue âallowed bad actors, including foreign actors, to exploit the companyâs online platform to make fraudulent political donations.â The chairmen noted, âFraudulent political donations corrupt American elections and could amount to interstate criminal conduct.â
Tingâs work with ActBlueâs fraud prevention team prompted the request. Citing a New York Times report, the email noted that âamid allegations of âinternal retaliation,â at least seven senior staff members, including the Associate General Counsel, have resigned from ActBlue since February 21, 2025.â Ting was identified as that counsel.
The chairmen added: âInternal turmoil and mass resignations at ActBlue raise questions about ActBlueâs ability to comply with ongoing legal requirements under federal election law.â
Those committees don’t send letters out until they have solid basis — proof in unquestionable form and the timing is right for the process.
IF… the Judiciary and/or Oversight demands an independent audit ActBlue will be be finished. Criminal referrals should be sent to the DOJ, they should be tried and will be convicted. At minimum, for money laundering.
They’ll have to change their names to ActOrange due to where they will be going.
