A private jet… and crowdsourcing

READER COMMENTS:

Flight path leads past Page, AZ to super-remote “Tuba City Airport”. Perfect for your quick landing and hit team transfer needs. https://maps.app.goo.gl/zcvTncnFEKRRCkH9A?g_st=ipc

MAJIK/studios, x — It is apparently somewhat common for ADS-B transponders to loose reception in that area due to terrain, per

@Grok. And the public records on the plane don’t seem to turn up anything relevant. Sorry I tagged you,

@FBI

@FBIDirectorKash, but it def seemed notable at the time. Would rather wave the flag and be wrong than let any crumbs go unswept.

@grok Who owns this plane and give me a list of all people you can find that have used this plane.

@DiligentDenizen

Please look into this if you haven’t already,

@FBIDirectorKash. The timing is (surely???) too perfect to be a mere coincidence…

Why would the shooter need to fly out of town? This would be too obvious. Assuming they aren’t a Utah resident they’re probably not flying in or out of a Utah airport and definitely not this week

The weird part about this is that it shows that plane is registered to Derrick Porter Maxfield… upon looking up that name… this is what you find –https://uvu.edu/woodbury/entrepreneurship/lecture-series/lectures/fall2019/derekmaxfield.html

N888KG LLC is a single-purpose entity formed on July 20, 2022, under Utah file number 12947959-0161, classified as a foreign limited liability company (likely incorporated elsewhere but registered to operate in Utah). It is actively maintained for aircraft ownership, a common structure for privacy, asset protection, and tax purposes in aviation. The LLC’s registered agent and principal contact is Derek Porter Maxfield, listed at the principal address of 4101 N Thanksgiving Way, Suite 420, Lehi, UT 84043. No other members, managers, or beneficial owners are publicly disclosed in Utah’s business filings, which is typical for such entities unless required by law developer with a computer science degree from Brigham Young University (BYU). He co-founded NetSteps LLC (a web development firm) in 2000, serving as CTO until around 2012. He then founded Younique LLC in 2012, a multi-level marketing cosmetics company based in Lehi, where he was CEO until 2019. Younique grew rapidly but faced controversies, including lawsuits over product claims and internal disputes, leading to Maxfield’s departure. He has since focused on philanthropy and lower-profile ventures. – **Family and Philanthropy Ties**: Maxfield is married to Shelaine Maxfield, who serves as president and board chair of the Younique Foundation (rebranded as Saprea in 2020), a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse through education, therapy, and advocacy. The foundation operates from the same building complex (Suite 100 at 4101 N Thanksgiving Way). The couple has five children and resides in the Lehi/Provo area. Derek has been involved in Saprea’s initiatives, including speaking engagements on trauma recovery. – **No Direct Link to Other Tenants**: The address is part of the Thanksgiving Point business campus, which hosts multiple unrelated companies. For example: – Revver Inc. (formerly eFileCabinet Inc., a document management software firm) occupies Suite 200; it was founded in 2001 by James Blaylock (current chairman) and is led by CEO Jesse Wood since 2016. Revver has raised ~$37M in funding from investors like Signal Peak Ventures but has no apparent ownership ties to Maxfield or N888KG LLC. – Other tenants include digital agencies (e.g., Big Leap, Leadgenix) and real estate firms (e.g., STACK Infrastructure), but public records show no shared ownership or operational links to the LLC. – **Aviation-Specific Details**: The Bombardier Challenger 300 (serial number 20402, built 2013) is the sole asset tied to N888KG LLC in FAA records. It holds RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum) approval for high-altitude operations and is operated under Part 91 (private use), not for charter. Flight tracking is often blocked by the owner on platforms like FlightAware, limiting public visibility. Recent X discussions (as of September 10, 2025) speculate on a flight from Provo Municipal Airport (PVU) post a local shooting incident, noting temporary ADS-B transponder dropout—possibly due to terrain interference in mountainous Utah rather than illegality—but no confirmed ties to the event. Public records do not reveal further ultimate beneficial owners, as LLCs like this prioritize anonymity. Deeper insights would require court orders, IRS filings, or voluntary disclosures, which are not available. For official verification, check Utah’s Division of Corporations database or FAA Registry directly.

Tracking data showing the aircraft taking off shortly after the incident at Utah Valley University (about 5 miles from PVU), then illegally disabling its ADS-B transponder (a required system for broadcasting position and altitude) mid-flight, disappearing from radar for roughly 45-60 minutes, before reappearing and returning to Provo.

And they are a ghost as well.

This is the registered agent for the llc that owns that plane I googled him and this is what came up Interesting

🤔

Suspiciously this campus in particular and the coordinator are tied right into the UN.

Find the ATC audio. Did the controller question this? Ask the pilot to recycle its ADS-B? If this flight was being tracked by ground based radar, then the FAA could access the radar tapes.

The color change indicates he was descending, looks like into Page.

I’m getting the feeling that this may have international ties.

I swear to god I said to myself earlier today: somewhere is a private jet fueling up to get the shooter out of the country…

You all already know that this was a professional hit. Perfectly accurate, perfectly timed medium range death shot, two red herrings to keep the cops occupied, apparently nobody saw anything. The Demorat party IS an enemy of the State

Final Assessment: Given the one-shot discipline, 200-yard precision, and neck strike rather than chest, the Kirk shooting looks more consistent with a professional trained in head/upper chest doctrine (LE, counterterror, or paramilitary) than with a nervous civilian.

Private jets from nearby small airports should be the FBI’s number one area of focus. There’s a good chance that’s how the assassin fled the scene. Unfortunately, he’s probably in another country by now.

It landed in Page, AZ and nothing got turned off. Notice the yellow to green to blue to purple line colors. That’s the altitude. Did something nefarious happen and this was a drop off? No clue.

Quality dig. I dont know if you’ve found the needle in the hay stack, but this IS how its done. Kudos!

  1. Aviarlabs flight tracker (paid app service for smartphones or desktops) is better than FlightAware (free) because they will show the hidden or view-blocked flights. Blocked flights are the aircraft that governments and spy agencies don’t want their citizens to see. The flight is still recorded onto the FAA/ICAO servers, just not allowed to be viewed and tracked by Joe citizen.

    Very convenient for tracking flights over Nevada or the Test Ranges or over Ukraine, or black planes, etc., but you have to pay the fee for access.

    He and his wife have a Foundation with the 4101 address suite 420 in Lehi.
    I have a lot of questions and observations but not much time.

    Page, AZ has a population of 7400 & that plane rarely sees the air. It landed at 1:48pm & left back out at 2:32pm. 44mins on ground including taxiing. Definitely looks like a dropoff to me. I do believe this was Israel related due to a number of other factors. If it was a Mossad/IDF Op, they could have easily had the pickup waiting in Page a drove direct to PHX or another city & catch connectors from there out of the country. PHX had flights at 6:10 & 9:59pm. Evil world, but Christ wins & will return soon.

    Page, AZ has a population of 7400 & that plane rarely sees air. Uncanny timing along with landing at 1:48pm and taking back off at 2:32pm are too coincidental for a dropoff. Likely a car waiting. I believe this is Israel related due to a number of factors. That said if it were in fact a Mossad/IDF op, there was plenty of time to get them to PHX yesterday to get them a connector at 6:10pm or 9:59pm & get them back out of the country to Tel Aviv. Evil world, but Christ wins.
