Someone who has Heider Garcia as a mutual friend on facebook has reached out to me with screenshots from innocent election worker Heider Garcia’s facebook feed.
Heider “Innocent” Garcia is friends with Rick Barnes, the chair of the Tarrant County GOP.
It appears that Heider “Innocent” Garcia is friends with Antonio Mugica, the CEO and founder of Smartmatic.

I know Rick Barnes, used to get insurance thru him, after election, sent him and about dozen other people, including Gov, Lt Gov, Cornyn, state people about election fraud in Tarrant County, none answered me. Again this week on Tarrant County Republican page slamming Q and the Trump cult. I have not heard one Republican standing up about election fraud in Tarrant County. Also has ties to Smartmatic at Tarrant County level.
