We already have one sterling example of what happens when ordinary citizens file to see their county’s Nov. 2020 election records under open records laws. It happened in Delaware County, PA.
Some ordinary citizens in Delaware County PA filed under the “Right To Know’ open records law to examine their county’s Nov. 2020 election records so they could check them against the certified totals reported. This is exactly what Delaware County PA officials were afraid would happen. It was why they were hiding these records in a basement, hoping no one would be allowed to see them. But the court ruled they had to turn these records over. So this set off a very interesting chain of events.
Facing a court order to produce their Nov. 2020 election records, the Delaware County officials went straight to the basement where they were hiding these records and began destroying them. And a whistleblower caught this on camera.
Of course, destroying the November 2020 election records only solved half of the problem these corrupt county officials faced. They still had to comply with the court order. So with the whistleblower sitting right there in their midst, they began talking about how they could create new fake election records to replace the ones they’d just destroyed.
A whistleblower caught Delaware County, PA officials dead to rights in not just one, but TWO criminal conspiracies. First, to destroy the real election records so no one could compare them to the certified numbers, and second, to create fake records that matched the certified numbers.
All the evidence about this was presented to the US Attorney, the PA AG, and the local Delaware County DA. They all refused to act. So the ordinary citizens then filed this lawsuit and took their evidence – including undercover videos – public.

It’s a hell of a lawsuit. You should read it. Turns out the county officials knew the Nov. 2020 election records were an unreconcilable mess and not within yodeling distance of the official numbers they reported that ended up being certified. Altering the records to make them match the certified results would’ve been a massive undertaking. Nobody wanted to do it. So they decided to hide the election records in a basement and hope they never had to produce them, while they waited for the 22 month deadline to arrive so they could legally destroy them.
Did you know that Delaware County, PA was the last county to report it’s results? Trump was still ahead by over 7,000 votes at that point. Delaware County held back until they knew what official vote count they needed to report to hand Biden the win for the state. So…kind of easy to see why they really REALLY did not want anybody examining the actual election records.
If the actual election records were examined now, it would come out that Delaware County officials reported a fake total in order to hand Biden the win. So all these corrupt officials were caught by surprise when an open records filing was made and all of a sudden they were going to have to produce these records. They immediately knew what they had to do.
They marched straight to the basement where they’d been hiding the election records and began destroying them. And then they began talking about how they could manufacture new records to hand off to the court to satisfy the open records request.

Yesterday, 7th Circuit law clerk Professor Margot Cleveland shared several shocking videos documenting premeditated, felony election evidence destruction in Delaware County, PA.
Last night a lawsuit was filed against county election officials and former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. The suit begins🔥:
“Defendants intentionally andfraudulently conspired to destroy, delete, secrete, and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which theDefendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020, election…
Moreover, when a May 21, 2021 Right to Know (RTK) request for election information and data was made with respect to information that is by federal and state law to be kept and preserved, the Defendants fraudulently and intentionally deleted, changed, adulterated, manipulated and/or obscured the information, data, and materials produced in response to the RTK request in order to hide their fraud and election code violations because they knew that they could not reconcile the previously fraudulently reported November 3, 2020 election results with the actual responsive information that they had in their possession and which they were required to preserve and produce in response to the Right to Know request.
Plaintiffs know this to be the case and can document this and demonstrate this by showing, among other things, that November 3, 2020 election, data materials, and equipment was destroyed including but not limited to V-Drives, Return Sheets, machine tapes/proof sheets/result tapes, Mail-In Ballots, Ballots Destroyed, voting machines, hard drives, paper documentation, Blue Crest data, correspondence concerning the November 3, 2020 election.”
The lawsuit further alleges that the fraud was outcome-altering:
“61. It appears Delaware County was the last county to submit its presidential vote total in the state potentially changing November 3, 2020 election results in numerous races.
62. It appears prior to Delaware County submitting its vote totals, Donald J. Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes.
63. Delaware County submitted [its] presidential votes total with a difference of 88,070 between the two presidential candidates. [Exhibit G].”
The entire document is a savage, painstakingly detailed account of criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud, backed up by video.Â

I love the part in that video up there where the whistleblower actually reminds these goons that they are breaking all kinds of state and federal election laws. And they laugh it off.
Now, why did I just walk you through all of that? What’s my point? I’m not ready to tell you yet. 🙂 Now I have to go off on a tangent. So bear with me.
A very large very expensive very complicated forensic audit was held in Maricopa County, AZ. It took months to get it going, then months to complete it. In the end, it produced several reports, and one criminal investigation by the AZ AG, Mark Brnovich.
Cyber Ninjas was able to use security cameras to identify three specific individuals who were involved in the destruction of election records. Pictures of these persons were included in the Cyber Ninja’s report, but they are redacted and their identities remain protected while Brnovich conducts his investigation.
If I’m remembering right, Brnovich has been investigating for 5 or 6 weeks at this point, trying to determine if these 3 particular individuals destroyed federal election records and were caught on camera doing it.
So. It took millions of dollars spent holding a complete forensic audit, using hundreds of volunteers and taking half a year to get to the point that 3 people were accused of election-related crimes. And nothing is resolved yet.
3 people and one whistleblower filing an open records request that didn’t spent millions of dollars, didn’t require hundreds of volunteer and didn’t take half a year just completely exposed the fact that Delaware County, PA has destroyed the federal election records they were required by law to retain for 22 months.

74 Georgia Counties Can’t Produce Original 2020 Election Ballot Images
VoterGA’s Garland Favorito held a press conference today to discuss statewide evidence destruction in Georgia. Nearly 30% of Georgia counties are missing some or all of their ballot images. Interestingly, the Maricopa County audit also revealed 284K deleted or corrupted ballot images. In a press release, VoterGA summarized the details:
Atlanta, November 9, 2021 – VoterGA today announced that their ballot image analysis team determined 74 Georgia counties have been unable to produce all the original ballot images from the November 2020 election. The team obtained admissions from 56 counties that most or all of the images created automatically by the Dominion voting system for results tabulation have been destroyed. VoterGA volunteers made the determinations by submitting Open Records Requests (ORR) for the images to each county.
Ballot images are a critical aspect of election records that have long been required to be retained by federal and state law. Federal law requires a 22-month retention period for election records while state law requires a 24-month retention period for election documents which are generally considered to include those that are electronic. [USC 52 20701, O.C.G.A. 21-2-73]
The Dominion voting system automatically creates images for in-person voted ballots on compact flash memory cards. It automatically creates images for mail-in ballots on memory flash drives. The cards or drives are then manually uploaded to the county’s Election Management Server (EMS). Some densely populated counties also use high speed scanners that automatically transfer images directly to the EMS.
Counties admit non-conformance or evade ORRs
At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals. Recount images don’t have original time stamps that can be used for audit purposes nor do they have original meta data that shows how votes were initially interpreted. The images can also be changed by tampering between scans and are therefore, invalid to audit an election.
VoterGA received emails from another 28 counties admitting they do not have a complete set of original images. Various counties were missing all in-person voting images, all absentee images, all Election Day images or a substantial portion of one or more of those groups.
Another 18 counties did not comply with repeated ORRs over a period of two months. Most simply did not respond but some frustrated the requestors by requiring exorbitant fees for images that most counties provided for around $25-$50. Fees requested by counties ranged from $0 to $1,700, which is too unnecessarily expensive to comply with ORR law. Six of those counties claim to have mailed images that VoterGA team members have not yet received. These images may also be incomplete or recount images only.
VoterGA showed written confirmation from former State Election Director Chris Harvey granting permission to erase in-person ballot images from the memory cards. “These violations are yet another glaring reason why Georgians cannot trust the Secretary of State’s office,” said Garland Favorito, co-founder of VoterGA. “We desperately need a multi-county audit of the 2020 election to resolve these serious problems before 2022.”

This very well could be their downfall; multiple counties like this, filled to the brim with their arrogance and victory at having “successfully” stolen the 2020 election, blithely admitting in writing they have deliberately destroyed hundreds of thousands of election records in direct defiance of the law. And daring anybody to do anything about it. Here’s a Fulton County, GA official brazenly scoffing at VoterGA’s open records request for the election data they are required by law to preserve: “We don’t have these election records any more. Tough shit. Sucks to be you.”
I’m going to say this plainly: you can prove the election theft of 2020 without first doing a full forensic audit costing millions of dollars and requiring hundreds of volunteers that take months to complete. You file open records requests in court and you make all these counties in GA, AZ, WI, MI and PA admit they either cannot produce or no longer have the November 2020 election records they are required by law to retain for 2022 months. Delaware County PA showed us all the way.
I want you to look back over the last year and remember who’s been insisting to you that full forensic audits are the only way to prove that the 2020 election was stolen. They are not the only way. Or at best, they aren’t what you start with.
Timing is everything. Go to work, patriots.
