The defense for J6 prisoners should sue for this geofencing data from the IC and use in their defense. This would also show geofencing data for police, operatives and deep state bad actors. This geofencing data could be very helpful and revealing related to IC operatives. Use their own data collection they want to use against J6 defendants against the deep state.
They did more than track them. They actively used entrapment tactics. These tactics are illegal under our constitutional rights. My nephew who honorably served his country two tours in Iraq who was called a armed insurrectionist was trained for armed conflict. He actively participated in armed conflict while he honorably served his country. The same political leadership who sent him to the armed conflict with a lie. To say that he was at the Capitol as anything other than a American upset about the stolen election is absurd. To say that he was there for a armed insurrection is exactly why we have constitutional rights to innocent until proven guilty. He has been tried in the oligarchs corrupt court of public opinion since his arrest. Denied bail, and held in solitary confinement 23 1/2 hours per day with no violations from his young son. This also is being denied the right to a speedy trial by your peers, and cruel, and unusual punishment. He didn’t even enter the Capitol. He was targeted by the intelligence agencies as a perfect scapegoat to bolster the communist narrative that somehow our veterans are the enemies of Americans??? Yes, he was targeted simply because he is a Proud Boys member. The proud boys are merely a veterans fraternity who didn’t want to be members of their grandfather’s fathers VFW. They simply wanted to have their own veterans fraternity no more, no less. They were pulled into the entrapment just to destroy our trust in our peacekeepers. My heart breaks for your nephew and all who are being held in prison against their Constitutional rights. Those who are perpetrating this (Pelosi et al) defiance of their rights deserve a rope necklace for their crimes.
