Did Austin take this oath?
I did, when I was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the USAF. I didn’t renounce the oath when I left the service, either. If the Supreme Court has ruled that a law is either constitutional or unconstitutional, Austin is, along with every service member under his command, duty-bound to “support and defend” that ruling. Austin is a disgrace
This so-called “SoD” should be arrested, tried and imprisoned for treason for not recognizing the SCOTUS ruling! This is the Law of the United States and he is committing an act of insurrection against our United States Judicial branch of the Constitution! But then again, this is an illegal resident in the White House and the resident’s appointed cabinet is also illegal, so throw the whole regime in prison!
Why is this surprising? All of these criminals in DC govt took that Oath, yet they always ignore the constitution except for the parts they can quote when it helos them. All hypocrites
