That’s the mistake you constantly make in my opinion.
You find a law in the constitution that doesn’t address what we are actually going through while ignoring some laws in the constitution that do.
You can’t focus on the constitutional laws about electors while ignoring the constitutional law of the peoples right to vote.
The peoples right to vote takes precedent over any government.
The constitution was written to protect the peoples rights not the governments powers.
It is also a mistake to think the constitution would actually address an insurgency that has infiltrated our entire government for generations and just stole our entire election in every state and every race.
The solution is not found in the constitution to fix that problem which is exactly why the constitution gave the president extraordinary powers in a time of war especially when our very constitution is in peril.
Nobody knows fully what Trump has done.
We’re all just spit balling.
But he was president on election night in 2020 and with the military watched the act of war play out live.
He took an oath to protect the constitution.
Setting aside a completely fraudulent election helped by China would fit perfectly in upholding that oath and doing it in wartime.
